Just purchased. Used immediately--loved it! It has three functions: massage, heat and adjustable lumbar support. Comes with two power adapters--car and home. Read instructions before using where I noted that when selecting heat with massage there will be a slight decrease in the strength of the massage output. Sooo, I set up cushion (on my couch,) turned on massage (the function I was interested in using,) turned off heat (which came on automatically)--yeaaaa...relief...great 15 minute massage coming from two massage motors--one above and one below the lumbar support option!
