They should have put a height restriction on this model. I am 5'-3" so the top portion won't even touch my shoulders. The "full back" on the lower half only comes about half way up my back. I've tried stacking pillows under my seat but that's not so comfortable. As a result, I have a wonderfully massaged lumbar area but I bought this because I have lots of shoulder tension. I wish I could trade it in for a regular model. The heat works good and the features seem to be perfect if I could actually use it.

Love this, had back fusion last year and suffered from pain for many years before finally getting something done. I received this as a Christmas present from my Granddaughter and it hurt to use for the first two or three times; now it feels wonderful and I have hardly any pain anymore or sciatica with the combination of surgery and now the massager to use every day to enhance the power of feeling totally healed from years of chronic pain. I am really making good use of this.

This was present from my husband for christmas and I am using it several times per day. I have severe back pain for a long time and now I feel already much better!

I have had Chronic back/ neck pain for the last 5 years .. I've tried everything .My Dr suggested I once again try a deep massage through massage therapy and that worked great until my coverage ran out , so 6 months later I have come across this chair pad and immediately after the first use ( though I used it many many times the first night .. and a little sore from that .. but I feel that way after a good massage by a professional anyway ) I have immediate relief ( to the same degree as the massage therapist - as I got out out of the chair all sleepy ) and I had my first great night sleep in a very long time . I wish I came across this sooner . Its like having the massage therapist on hand 24 /7 .. and this one gives deeper massages . I think that the additional heat and vibration settings make it so much better :0)

I HAVE HAD THIS MODEL FOR OVER A YEAR, NO MALFUNCTIONS OF ANY KIND. I LIKE THE 2 YEAR WARRANTY, THOUGH, JUST IN CASE. MY PAIN IS REDUCED AND MY POSTURE HAS IMPROVED AS WELL. SOMETIMES THE PAIN IN MY BACK IS SO BAD I CANNOT SLEEP. I USE THE SHIATSU AND AM COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO SLEEP. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS ARE THE CUSHION MISSES THE AREA BETWEEN SHOULDERS AND BACK, PLUS IT IS NOT ADJUSTABLE FOR WIDTH. I SEE SOME OTHER MODELS HAVE TAKEN THESE COMPLAINTS INTO ACCOUNT AND NOW THERE IS A MODEL THAT DOESN'T DIVIDE THE ROLLERS TOP AND BOTTOM, BUT INSTEAD LETS THE TRACK FOR THE ROLLERS MOVE UNINTERUPTED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. I THINK THE MODEL I HAVE IS BETTER FOR PEOPLE WITH ISOLATED PAIN OR DISCOMFORT, BUT I HAVE PAIN FROM MY NECK ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE END OF THE SPINE SO A DIFFERENT MODEL WOULD BE BETTER FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME.

I HAVE SEVERE NECK, SHOULDER AND BACK PAIN FROM SITTING TOO LONG AT MY COMPUTER . THIS PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. IT RELIEVES ALL THE PAIN, AND IS SO RELAXING.
